CLAIRE BEADON

I am a qualified counsellor/psychotherapist and have been practising for 20 years.

My aim is to be supportive and listen to what you want to talk about and for us to explore together what is troubling you and why you may be feeling overwhelmed and then help you find a better way to manage these issues and bring about positive change in your life.

This may be a current problem that has recently happened or it could be a more complex longer-term issue which might involve looking back to earlier in your life.

I will work with you to suit your needs so that you can get what you want from the sessions. I don’t use any fixed psychotherapy approach as I like to use my experience to develop a genuine and open therapeutic relationship with you.

Grief counselling is a particular specialisation of mine, click here to explore further.

I currently only offer sessions online via the audio-visual platforms of Zoom, Signal or WhatsApp.
